DUBUQUE, IA – The Lady Eagles are pleased to announce the addition of Kendra and Nicole Gordon to their roster for the upcoming season.

The Gordon sisters were both three year letter winners at Hamilton High (Hamilton City, CA), where they led the Lady Braves to a Northern Section Division V Championship.

Kendra, a setter, was a two time All-Conference team member and was also selected to play in the North vs. South All-Star Game her senior year.  Kendra dished up 1198 career assists, as well as helping out her offense with 188 kills and 101 aces.

Nicole, an outside hitter, was Offensive Player of the Year as a senior, and ended her high school career with 440 kills, 185 aces, and 464 digs.

In addition to their on-court accomplishments, both ladies received Scholar Athlete awards as seniors.

"I am so thankful for the opportunity to play volleyball at Emmaus with a great group of girls!  I can't wait to see what God has in store for me and the program," said Kendra.  "I'm so excited to be able to play another sport at Emmaus and can't wait for this season!" added Nicole.

"Kendra and Nicole were highly recommended to me for their coachable spirits and great work ethic, and I am looking forward to seeing the impact they will make on our team this season," commented Coach Pitman.
