Men’s Basketball: Weekend Preview, Jan. 22-23
DUBUQUE, IA – The Emmaus men's basketball team returns to the court this weekend, visiting Ankeny, IA for two MCCC conference match-ups on a neutral court. Emmaus will tip-off against Manhattan Christian College and Barclay College for the second time each in 2021, at the campus of Faith Baptist Bible College on Jan. 22-23
Spectators will be allowed on the Faith Baptist campus this weekend. So fans wishing to catch the Emmaus in-person should visit the Faith website to view their FBBC Spectator Guidelines here.

Emmaus is currently being paced by three players averaging double-digits in points this season. Freshmen, Tyrus Buckner, leads the Eagles down low with 16.3 ppg and 8.7 reb/g, and Steven Petkau and Austin Brammerare contributing from the backcourt with 11.9 ppg and 13.6 ppg respectively.
The Eagles will take the court looking for their first conference win, following close losses at home last weekend to MCCC opponents, Ozark Christian and Calvary University.
