Manhattan, KS -- February 6-7, 2026
The Emmaus University Eagles men's basketball team split a pair of games on the road over the weekend of February 6–7, falling at Manhattan Christian College before bouncing back with a win over Barclay College.
On February 6, Emmaus was slowed early in a 75–61 loss at Manhattan Christian. The Eagles struggled to find a rhythm in the first half, before bouncing back with a huge 45-34 second half.
Eli Mackey led Emmaus with 20 points, while Nathaniel Wagner added 13 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double, and Josh Stewart chipped in 12 points.
The Eagles responded the next day with a solid 73–61 victory over Barclay College to end their losing streak.
William Shaw sparked the offense with a game-high 21 points off the bench, while Ethan Cox added 14 points and Josh Stewart and Eli Mackey combined for 18. Emmaus also forced key stops defensively down the stretch to secure the win.
