Jackson Signs with Eagles
Dubuque, IA - Emily Jackson of Westby, WI has signed her letter of intent to play basketball for the Emmaus Eagles women's program in 2025-26. Jackson is the first signing of the incoming women's basketball class
Jackson is a versatile forward who played with the Tri-County Flames basketball program in southwest Wisconsin. Jackson will add athleticism and length that will aid the Eagles on offense, defense and on the glass next season.
"We're thrilled to have signed Emily, and excited to announce her as our first commitment of 2025-26!" shared head coach Cody Cunard. "Emily is going to be a plus to our program as we build toward next season. We have a great culture in our program, and she'll have an excellent example in Rachel Barrett to follow and compete against in practice next season."
"I chose Emmaus because I wanted to be surrounded by other believers who want to learn and grow in their faith and education," shared Jackson. "I'm excited to play basketball with Emmaus because of the great group of girls on this team, they have been so welcoming and encouraging to me. I'm so grateful for this amazing opportunity to play a sport I love at a more competitive level!"
Please join us in welcoming Emily to the Emmaus Basketball family!
