Eagles Beat Faith Again! Win 5th Place Game!

Kansas City, MO -- February 20, 2026
In the MCCC 5th Place Game, the Emmaus University women's basketball team edged Faith Baptist Bible College 58–57 in a tightly contested matchup Friday morning in Kansas City, Missouri.
After trailing 38–30 at halftime, Emmaus clamped down defensively in the third quarter, holding Faith Baptist to just four points to swing the momentum. The teams battled evenly in the fourth before the Eagles secured the one-point victory.
Marina Keck led the way with 13 points and 14 rebounds, while Aubry Silva added 13 points. Rachel Barrett contributed 12 points and five steals, and Leilani Pierre provided a spark off the bench with nine points and six rebounds on 4-of-4 shooting.
Emmaus forced 31 Faith Baptist turnovers and recorded 15 steals to offset shooting just 37.1 percent from the field.
Out of their 3 meetings this year, Emmaus beat Faith in every match!
